looks a bit short for this style with the big arm holes but i dont think you're too skinny for it. i'd even go as far as to say this style actually looks better on skinnier guys
Nike sells tank tops in tall sizes. Also check the /r/tallfashionadvice subreddit for brand recs that run long, I see a few threads about this there.

So does American Tall, but they are kind of expensive for the quality
i feel like lululemon gets shit on here but ive never had any issues with their stuff and they have tall sizes. nike and underarmour are also good options. you'll probably never hear me say this about pretty much anything else, but sizing up on this style is always an option, since these look cool (at least imo) when they hang a bit looser
