hacked account
Hello everyone my user account was stolen back in 2020 I wrote tencent messages, but I needed pubg support, my mistake, I have all the evidence that it is my account, I sent a screenshot where I bought UC, also pictures of the gameplay with my friends, I provided all the information related to the facebook profile, the mobile phone number that I don't use e-mail addresses multiple times, but it asks me for data in the last t months and my account was stolen more than that, can you help?

I can't believe support will allow this I'm sure that everything can be checked, and I can prove in every possible way that this is my profile, because the people who stayed on that profile in synergy friends are the people I play with, and they can also confirm that...
All friend with "HC" is my friends, we have a clan "MajesticHC"

Profile screenshots can be copied or be made from any account ingame. If I knew this account UID I could make them myself.
That’s not much proof considering how it is obtainable.
Edit: if it’s from your account then where is the big yellow start button in the left bottom?

the first two pictures are while I was playing, they accidentally remained in a conversation with a friend, the second pictures are proof that in synergy with my friends, their names remained while I was playing with them even with this guy who stole my account and now I will become a picture from 2020 when I wanted to register for the tournament with my friend and where I entered my and his ID please stop because it's not funny when you lose an account in which you invested thousands of euros...

Losing an account bad. But you only are able to get it back when the hack happend in the past 6 months. Otherwise I only see two match screenshots that’s flag is not matching the account and a few screenshots anyone could make. That’s how it looks to me.
I understand, but how if I specified the phone number through which I bought UC, the card number, I have screenshots and I buy UC, the screen can be seen correctly how come the people who play with me on my current account are the same people who played with that profile, how come that profile was logged into my facebook and my e-mail what the hell more can i do...
Sadly this account will be lost. May there is a option in the future to recover it but now that’s not possible. You might keep yourself updated #game-news for any updates.
it's good to know that there's some kid playing on your account who laughs behind the whole story, it's a shame that this kind of gaming platform allows this..
