Weird Pattern on flat Walls

So I had this issue before and I'm not sure how I fixed it the last time. It's a weird Pattern on the Walls. I switched from CF-PETG to PLA and this Pattern appeared in the first print. Angled surfaces look fine, but flat ones have this pattern. I'm using a Vcore 3.1 400
