First Layer / Mesh Problem

Any ideas on why I am seeing this and what I can do to correct it? Essentially One part of my first layer is fine and another part is too squished. The back in the photo is fine but the front is too squished?

Have you had any luck figuring this out? I'm currently struggling with the same issue.

a LOT of people in this discord seem to have issues with loading the mesh.I don't know the answer but thats where I'd start looking

I've improved it a lot. My machine is very non standard but here's what I've done I've stopped using a really old version of PAM (uninstalled) I'm using klippers built in adaptive bed mesh I've tuned my extrusion multiplier (reduced) using Ellis method I'm using BED_MESH_OFFSET but I think not quite right still I've widened my total mesh area which was previously reduced (mesh min and max) I am also using a textured PEI sheet and have no 2020 extrusion in my X axis - enclosed machine

Check your printer.cfg file. See if it has the ratos mesh loaded.

It doesn't have a saved mesh but meshes before each print, mainsail shows it as loaded in the tool window too. You can also see the z couplers spinning and the Z changing in the UI as the head moves

That was my 2 cents. I messed up and found that I had another mesh loaded. It would do the mesh for every print but load a different one.

I deleted all the meshes saved and had it do another mesh just by itself. After that, it worked again.
