underextrusion- due to retraction?

It looks like I'm suffering some underextrusion. I think it's caused by the many retractions necessary to complete the tree support leaves on the flat surface.

How do I fix underextrusion from retractions?

I increased hot end temperature and issue appears to be resolved.
