Eclipson airplanes helix printing issues.

Hi there. I'm currently trying to print the Helix RC plane from eclipson models but I'm really struggling with 1 part. It's the Wing L2 and R2 part. I have used all their recommend settings. The only difference is that I'm using orca slicer (same issue with prusa, super and cura). When I'm required to print these parts, it has to try and print on thin air basically and it's causing a lot of issues. Has anyone else had experiance with these planes/parts? I've messaged them directly but they are quite slow in response. I've attached 2 screenshots from the slicers I use. When I try and print the part in spiral mode, the parts fail at the time it's suppose to print on thin air (obviously). The parts come out a completely different shape because it's trying to print the 2 CF tube holes in mid air, this causes blobs on the side which the nozzle hits and moves the model about. Any help would be appreciated! Settings are exactly as they are on the website, except the flow is 0.95 and not 0.53. I'm using pre foamed PLA so I don't need to reduce the flow and increase the temperature.

Update: I forgot about 1 setting found here https://www.eclipson-airplanes.com/faq. "-MISSING INTERNAL STRUCTURE WITH PRUSALICER / BAMBU STUDIO Reason: The parameter "slice gap closing radius" is 0,049 mm by default. In some of our models we use smaller gaps so the software will erese this material. Solution: Reduce the value up to 0"
