regular protrusions?
All my walls end up having these random protrusions, and I don't understand what could be causing it. Any clue?
I'm printing PETG, if that's relevant.

Actually I think it's just stringing still.
or rather blobbing / oozing of the nozzle.
The blob on the nozzle that forms during travel moves is basically wiped off at the end of the travel move. If the positions stack up then you get these little towers or protrusions.
I also had this problem with petg on another printer. Try increasing travel speed, tune your retractions settings, lower temps can also help
