so uhmmm my co-worker's IP got banned
accidentally we were testing some code and it made an infinite loop to one of our applications.

account banned or proxy ban?
proxy ban, can't access other services
dashboard is normal so i guess its the edge proxy
well you are pro, so i would recommend emailing
well that's taking way too long
i guess i'll just tell him to restart the router and hope for a new IP
