heavy distortion between sliced file and print

I have been working my way through a ratrig core v3 build and my print of the vector 3d califlower is come out heavily warped. Lines that should be curved instead have hard edges, the infill pokes out through the print walls and the skirt is inside parts of the print. I have checked the belt tension and more or less has no effect on the print. The biggest factor I can see between these elements is the speed they are printed at, as if that is part of what is causing the distortion, but then there are the hard corners in place of curves. Any ideas or help would be welcome.

ANSWER: do not enable arc welding. I had arc welder enabled in cura and klipper was not able to use those arcs and converted them to flat lines. With arc welder disabled things are looking much more promising
