Filament V3 is running slowly on windows 10/11

My Filament v3 Project is running slowly on window 10/11 . Any one can help how do i resolve it ?

try ‘php artisan config:cache’ also disable the views collectors on the debugbar if you have it

And disable adblocker (plus) if you have it. If you can, exchange it for another extension

I have do as per above still getting loading in windows
