This is a nightmare, Im losing income and unable to work on multiple client projects after recommending the platform to them!
Still working on restoring access, and if you email us at billing@, we can work on getting you refunded for the cost. If it's helpful, I can also email your clients or give you a message detailing what went wrong and what we plan to do to make sure that something like this is unlikely again.
Keep in mind, this is due to hostile traffic, although we have mitigations in place, they aren't foolproof, so we hope to also share a blogpost on what went down throughout the last few days.
