Nginx proxy with password timeout after each redeploy of my nextjs application
Hello all, I am using the following https://github.com/toyjack/railway-nginx-basic-auth. It is working with this template being public, the nextjs is internal. When I redeploy, the website become unavailable: 2024/05/28 16:23:21 [error] 31#31: *1156 upstream timed out (110: Operation timed out) while connecting to upstream, client: 192.168.16.6, server: _, request: "GET /infinity/dashboard/ HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://[fd12:4c67:9587:0:4000:4:91e8:210f]:3000/infinity/dashboard/", host: "appname.up.railway.app" Do you know what could be the issue? Thanks

CRON job did not run
The cron was : 0 */12 * * * The UI is reporting something correct I changed the cron by 0 0,12 * * * It did not work. the cron never starts at 12 AM, no idea why, the ui shows it will but never does..

CRON job did not run during outage
Hello, during outage, I had a cron job accessing postgreSQL via private route but the CRON never run. I prefer to create a help request in case it is something that you missed 🙂

Wrong management of accounts for installing templates
I just tried to install a new template service (pgadmin) and it is written I cannot because of billing. It is using my personal account instead of the pro one. Could you help me on that ?

normal GitHub account and team account
hello, I have an account via GitHub connection and I have a linked team. I am not sure if I need to upgrade the main account I connect via GitHub to the hobby plan. I asked cause I received the mail urging me to upgrade. Hope it is clear.

Price on Team plan does not fit my needs.
Hello, I upgraded to team as I saw messages saying for commercial use it was mandatory (is it?). I see that I do not have the 5$ discount and my overall bill went from 1-3$ to 26$ (20 + usage). We did not had the need to upgrade resources wise and losing the discount + paying the seat seems to be very high in comparison. Any thought on that (should I have stayed on dev ?) ? Will it be arranged? What to expect?
