Recommendations for T-shirts with a length of 63cm / 25in or shorter?? (UK/EU stores)

UNIQLO XXS Supima T's, although have a nice 63cm length, are now too tight for me so I gotta do a 'Basic T' shop again... I know most places, there T's are too long, hence why I stuck with UNIQLO for a few years. But hardly any shops mention the 'length' (on their website) and I really cba to do a massive T-shirt try on haul. Recently, I invested in a £35 T-shirt from Asket (images attached), and although the length is a decent 63cm (measurements mentioned on their site), the shoulder seams aren't quite aligning perfectly on my shoulders. I'm considering trying UNIQLO's XS Supima, but it's 65cm in length, and their 'Dry Crew Neck' in XS measures 66cm. Anyone got any UK/Europe stores that have a T-shirt length of around 63cm or shorter?

I think that Asket tee looks good on you, don't worry about exactly where the shoulder seams fall that's very 2014 mfa pseudoscience I wouldn't consider that oversized at all, looks perfect really

I think you may be overthinking this a tad 🙂 as per Tunnocks, I think that t-shirt looks fine on you

I really don't think you need to be overly concerned about finding tshirts that are exactly 63cm long. Try things on and buy things that look good. +/- 1 or 2cm won't make that much difference.

I can't tell you the exact length sorry but as another short UK guy marks and Spencer stuff seems to fit me well usually

Damn, I always thought M&S catered to the bigger guys. What's your height out of interest and the T's fit well? ye I guess in the pic it ends mid-fly which is a good length. Just the shoulders annoying me a little lol

haha ye I know I'm very focus on the older MFA/BB. I just thought/read/know a great fitting T ends mid crotgh, shoulder seem, and not too baggy.

It doesnt quite hit shoulder bone. It's of course not a drop shoulder, but it's defo dropping past the shoulder done lol. I'll try a few other T's, although this Asket for it's price looks and feels nice

tee looks fine. shoulder bone thing does not matter in the slightest

This is something that’s very much rooted in MFA from years back - you defo don’t need to worry about this (Also it’s cotton, so I imagine it’ll shrink a little bit on the first wash anyway)

hmm interesting. Out of interest, is there a 2024 version of how a T should fit? All videos seem to be from years back, or shite 'blogs' show Tight T's on really muscular guys lol. I'm not looking for an oversized look, just 'a standard T fit'.

I think there’s an updated photo album somewhere - will try and see if I can find it later if someone doesn’t post it before But it may just be worth exploring WAYWT - although that may be limited given that it’s winter in the northern hemisphere atm But basically, the X item must fit in Y way was very much tied into a certain era - I feel like there’s a bit more flexibility nowadays. Whether it hits your shoulder bone or doesn’t, it doesn’t matter as much anymore Like, no one is going to think your fit is “off” because of where your shoulder seam lies 🙂

I’d also recommend going through WAYWT and looking for pics where you like how the t shirt fits. You may or may not find the shoulder seams line up on those. Can help you decide if it’s a detail you care about or if it’s just an outdated rule we’ve all kind of absorbed but can let go of (I have plenty of my own).

No, tee fit just isn’t that complicated. The ones in the post look great.

unrelated but how's the quality/feel of the Asket t shirt? would you say it's worth the price to you?

Hey, the quality/feel is great! I'm still trying other T's from other shops, although sadly they are all too long, so will probably go with Asket. I mean, I've never really owned expensive clothing, so I guess £35 is a good price...? (I'm factoring in the quality of material + it's decent length/fit for me also). It used to be £30 a few years ago (seen some old reviews). Also, so many people would recommend Asket as one of the /if not the best T out there.

that's good to hear, been thinking of getting some basics from Asket myself
