Probable jam
Had an issue today when trying to change filament rolls mid-print. Paused my printer and had it eject the spool that was almost out for my new one. Problem is, when I went to put the new one in, it wouldn't go through. I think it got stuck somewhere in the heat break, and nothing I've tried has yielded any results. Tried poking around with acupuncture needles, pushing through with another filament, cranked up my temp in hopes it would liquefy anything around the nozzle. Nothing works. Is it most likely some filament that caked into my heat break and got stuck there? If so how do I go about fixing this? Is it maybe something else?

You'll likely need to tear the hotend apart and inspect the various segments to find the blockage.
