configurator is gone!

hi everyone, I recently found in the MACHINES tab under UPDATE MANAGER that a bunch of the items had "Corrupted" next to it and so I used the dropdown option. after that I got an error "Unknown pin chip name 'probe'" and noticed under System Loads that my toolboard and beacon are missing (see attached). I tried the steps here https://www.answeroverflow.com/m/1168570950032302141 but was unable to access the RatOS configurator (502 Bad Gateway). When I tried "cd ~/ratos-configurator" and then "pnpm start" I get the error " ERR_PNPM_NO_IMPORTER_MANIFEST_FOUND  No package.json (or package.yaml, or package.json5) was found in "/home/pi/ratos-configurator"." Do I need to reinstall RatOS from the start or is there a way to save this?
