First Layer -> Future Layer Issues
Hey all, I'm having some issues with my first layers that are then causing scraping & gap issues in my later layers. For some quick background info, I'm just coming off of diagnosing & fixing my bed mesh issues (https://discord.com/channels/582187371529764864/1182847451049250917) and believe that my underlying problems were caused by a slight warp in my bed which I though I was able to remedy. The problem now however is that I consistently see small gaps in the front and right edges of my print's first layers which are then duplicated in the top layer and cause scraping along the back and left edges. These issue/problem areas mirror my mesh exactly so it almost seems as if the bed mesh is being calibrated but then ignored. I have spent days tuning everything from extrusion multiplier to pressure advance, but no matter how high or low the numbers go, I get the exact same result every time.

what you can do to check, is stick a piece of tape on each Z-axis rod. If they constantly move when printing the first layer you know the mesh is being applied
