Radial Scatter
It would be cool if the radial pattern can do multiple rows of circles and have the scale taper off either towards the middle or the edge

Agreed. Poor tool was ignored for a long time.
yeah, I wanted to have a cyberpunk city and to radial scatter the building and have the height to get shorter towards the edges to give a cool effect. I can do that with the current radial tool but it would just take some extra time

Different radial patterns would also be a nice touch

Yeah I can check it out. Maybe some simple patterns like this. Where we can control the rotation and offset of the individual pieces
or like this
radial and omni scatter would also be good for example tunnels or scattering on a sphere. I assume you have to sample areas or line trace them from a center point
Hopefully tomorrow I can continue, been sick like crazy.
So far added a few new things:
I'll add multiple modes for it then, omni scatter too

heyo, Radial Scatter got updated(old active tools remain), so if you create a new one it should have concentric settings and some nice randomizations, etc
