calibration confusion
Well i try to make a cable Container with some rotating parts but i have some issues that the parts Always fuze together.
I did try temp Towers
Also retraction Towers and Stuff Like this and the result for the calibration cubes are also OK but with a hole because the lead screw could Take some cleaning (atleast i think so)
But i still get horrible tolerances
The Material is petg
And Speed IS around 200-300 MMS depening of what Type i Print
Fan is 21% on which is Just bearly on (20% IS of and 21% only let one Fan Spin)
Temp is 255 for hot end and 80 for the bed

Things i would try is to lower the flow ratio petg usually between 0.93-0.95. Try to print cooler by 5 dgree less and up your fan speed. Also you might want to dry the filament to be sure
