Seems to be issues with Redis
I cannot connect to my redis server. I added it as a template. I have tried adding and removing. Restarting and so on. Same issue. Also tried connecting with curl. Did not work. Happened after migrating a legacy redis server.

tried with curl? can you try with the redis-cli?
your redis seems fine, probably just a dashboard issue
No. Not when I try the suggested command above or from my app. Or in dashboard.
There is no connection
have you tried restarting the database?
