Error creating Typebot template
Hey guys, how are you? I'm new here and I'm having a problem trying to create a Typbebot Teamplete. When trying to create the following error the following error appears and I would like to know if anyone can help me. I've looked in the console but I couldn't figure out how to resolve it.
Error: Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see the browser console for more information).

Hi! So there's nothing in the console?
Like at all?
This appears, but I couldn't understand
I can't tell if this "server responded with a status code of 500" comes from browser itself or the framework. Can you show the network tab?
I have a few ideas but it's better to know the reason first
Would that be the network guide?
And what's your setup? Everything on railway or is frontend hosted somewhere else?
everything on Railway, I just created this account, and this has never happened in any other account
Try refreshing the page, there's no 500's here
I just want to understand what part here fails first
Maybe that would be it? As soon as I reload the page, it appears again, creating typebot, and gives the first error I sent you.
Yeah, this is where the client doesn't get what it was asking for and throws those error
Mind sharing a link? I want to check some more detail
It's definitely something wrong with server config
Yes, I can share it, but what link?
To the app I guess
I just want to open it in my good old firefox and dig some headers as they can tell a lot about what's happening
https://railway.app/new/template/typebot
Would this be the link?
I'm trying to separate possible network issues from the server logic crashing
not exactly
what do you have opened in the browser here?
like is it localhost or something?
open the console
yeah but the page
railway
got it
one moment
I got the question wrong sorry
that's a problem on railway side
Got it, so I just have to wait?
I'll report it
I'll take a look.
ok, thank you my friend, I hope this gets resolved soon!
Curious about this btw. Why are you using multiple accounts?
I have some clients who ask me to create a typebot and this is the cheapest way I could find for them.
If you have clients and are running a business, you should be on the Pro plan.
Yes, I've thought about purchasing it, but at the moment I don't have that much demand for it. I believe that in a few months it may be possible to purchase the pro plan
How many such accounts have you created?
hey it seems to be fixed
I don't get the error anymore
Maximum 4 accounts.
Now it worked, thank you very much!
Yep, merged a fix.
came into this thread thinking it was an issue with my typebot template, happy to hear it was a problem with railway 😆
same
To reiterate, you're basically abusing the system and receiving free credits with each account while charging your clients for the deployments you're creating for them. I understand you wanting to be on the Hobby account if there isn't much demand but please keep your deployments to a single account or you could risk receiving an automated ban from the system.
I understand my friend, I apologize for that. Whenever I create a new account I link a credit card and I am charged 5 dollars. I thought everything was fine this way. I apologize for this error.
What purpose do multiple accounts serve in this scenario? Can't you use separate projects within the same account? Just trying to understand your use-case.
I don't know much about anything involving railwup. That's why I believe/believed that it would be better to use one account per client. In fact, I didn't even read about other plans, but I thought that the purpose of these other plans was for something that I wouldn't enjoy...
Some legacy providers just don't have any team functionality or ability to invite people to manage projects. Railway has all of that
