Let’s reflect on the culmination of a fit battle for the ages! Which fits were your favorites? What observations and new ideas came to you while participating in and spectating the battle? Have you already begun strategizing for the next installment, Spring 2024?

Fit battle was a lot of fun! I think the challenge really elevated a lot of people. I have a few ideas that might be for the next time around, but I don't think I have many surprises left in me
the fit battle is a really great snapshot of where style and fashion in 2023 is at imo

Fit battle was a lot of fun. Really forced me to push myself stylistically in ways I probably would never have otherwise

Everyone went absolutely crazy in this fit battle, any one of the battlers could've won previous years
@charli sexcx ඞ is now my fav dresser on the sub tho, that cropped ysl blazer is a masterpiece
Fits that absolutely crushed it in my eyes, either silhouette, presentation, or within a narrative context to the server

This year felt like the best we have ever done. The most diverse in style and member participation. Every single round was a banger even the vote ins.

I feel really good about my vote in fit and what i put together for round one, was a great prompt to try and distinctly explore some nacent fashion ideas and try and style garments in ways I had yet to. Looking at the competition i was must struck by the visual storytelling on display, @charlie, @artvandelayimporting, and Chuck really articulated a vision of a character in a moment. My relationship to clothes is very much through form and visual interplay, seeing these other approaches to fashion is truly inspiring and makes me want to incorporate some character-driven ideas for the next battle. It also has just been so fun to be part of community event where folks rally and get goofy. It was so touching to show up on the alignment charts and style venn diagrams, that was as good as winning for me 🥰
Realized after finishing half of it that other than Charlie I was using all the fits everyone lost with 🙃

I have every intention of plagiarizing @BilliamsPC 's fit. That's one of the best distinctly masculine use of pearls I've seen.
