I need help with PostgreSQL

Due to the recent PostgreSQL update, there used to be a section called 'query' where I could input SQL codes to make changes to the table, such as altering the column name. Now, with the update, that section is no longer available. Is there any way to change a column name now? I'm programming in Python and accidentally named a column wrong
