can't get 4028 part cooling fan to work.
I recently burned out a 4028 cooling fan while updating the printer.cfg file as it was running. Today, I've received a new fan and tried swapping the old one out, but it doesn't seem to work at all. I've double checked the wiring multiple times and i've tried modifying the printer.cfg file using lines of code from the ratos guide on 4028 fans to no avail. any suggestions?

Is the board's port actually still working?

is there a way to check this?
I just changed the pin-out in the cfg for the pwm, plugged it into the corresponding port, and it’s still not working
Could it be that the new fan is a dud? It doesn’t respond to 12 bolts from a power supply at all
A multimeter

as i suspected, the pin is working just fine. when i turn the fan "on" in mainsail, theres power flowing through the pin going to the pwm
Checked each wire leading from the board to the fan with a multimeter and they all reach the fan..
