Wrong management of accounts for installing templates

I just tried to install a new template service (pgadmin) and it is written I cannot because of billing. It is using my personal account instead of the pro one. Could you help me on that ?

Also, I cannot use specific regions as it is stated I do not have pro/team account. Should I disconnect and reconnect ?

This is bug currently, the team is aware I’m not sure about your main question. Can you please attach a screenshot of the error message?

it is linked to the same issue I would say as a user perspective like: I am seen as personal account and not the team account even though the personal account is admin of the team one hope I am clear

I see. You’re creating a new project in your personal account area rather than your team account click on the drop-down at the top left and you should see an option to deploy to your team instead
