Hole Tolerance
I've had my v-core 3 for a while now but one issue I've been battling with from day 1 is horrible hole tolerances. Clearance test prints seize up with anything below 0.3mm tolerance and if the holes are very small it gets even worse. Outside dimensions are spot-on on all axes. I understand that XY compensation is a way of addressing this, but a) unfortunately PrusaSlicer doesn't allow setting that separately for holes and b) my Prusa achieves much tighter tolerances without such adjustments, so I'm hoping this can at least to some degree be addressed on a lower level than the slicer. I've checked the extrusion as well, if I tell the extruder to spit out 100mm, that's pretty much exactly what it does. Any ideas what I can do?

Depends on what filament you are using and probably speeds and cooling as well.
I assume your flow calibration is done well?
