Bed mesh doesn't seem to apply

So i have a bed mesh deviation of 0.27 on a V3-500 using a Beacon. I thought that'd be enough to get a perfect first layer. What I'm seeing is that the from about 300+ on the x axis up there is a noticeable gap under the nozzle and isn't close enough to get any adhesion. I've been in the process of squaring up the frame and with a 0.27 variance, it's probably as good as it gets. Any idea what would cause an irregular mesh application?

The mesh is loaded in this video and you can see how the left side has a reasonable squish or at least something to start with. The right isn't close enough to get any kind of adhesion.

Bed has been meshed while the printhead is at 215ºC and the bed at 60ºC

Do you heatsink the bed? You must wait 20-30mins at temp print bed (in this case 60°) then make the bed mesh

I don’t usually soak the bed but I think in this case I was running the mesh often after adjusting the frame. So the bed was soaking for at least that. I’ll try again with a confirmed soak. I may try starting with a fresh install of ratos and seeing if that makes a difference. I was also wondering if having KAMP might be interfering even though it isn’t enabled in my printer.cfg. I’ll try these and report back tomorrow.
