Saving changes still doesn't work

Whenever I try to add a role or change the EXP multiplier for leveling, after hitting save it never works. I tried waiting some time before refreshing the page, still doesn't work, I tried everything and it still also doesn't work..

I noticed it works when changing the multiplier itself, but when I want to add roles it never saves

Haven't tried that before, just did and it works! But the issue is if I have to add a role to an existing leveling multiplier I would have to delete it and add it manually and add all the roles back to it
