silver/gold chains
what do you guys think goes well with silver or gold chain necklaces in terms of shirts/jackets or other accessories; also would you wear 2 chains at once, like 1 big and 1 small?

As far as whether to stack or just wear one chain, wearing one is the more versatile option. I like to stack 2 chains together but it's inherently a little flashy
If you're not used to wearing chains, start with one and then you can always buy more if you want.
There's no hard rules for stacking, but I will say that it will be harder to pull off with a thicker curb like in OP's photo
Things that might make it look bad would be if one chain has a higher gold purity than the other which can wash out the lower purity chain, or if one is way thicker or longer than the other.

white tshirt/silver chain is very hard to fuck up
Yes, a crew neck of some kind will be easiest to pull off.
You can also try wearing it under a more casual button down, but that's harder to do right. I find that it works better if the outfit is at least a little slutty.
