Is the 5$ Hobby (Dev plan) discount permanent?
Hello all, a little over 6 months ago a dev friend of mine suggested railway for trying out my discord bot hosting needs. I've recently deployed that bot and while the Trial credits are ticking down, I am looking to find something more permanent. Then I saw that I am eligible for a 5$ discount for the Hobby plan, which happens to be 5$ a month.
Since I can't find this anywhere in the knowledge base, how permanent is that discount? How long do I have before this opportunity goes away?
I also looked through the posts here, but that left me with another question:
Why am I even eligible to begin with? I haven't used a credit card for railway, and all I deployed before this bot was a PostgreSQL DB, but that was very briefly.

i have a question for you though, are you sure you arent confusing the 5$ usage credit as a waived fee?
I was wondering that as well. You should only be eligible for the waived fee if you’ve paid a bill in the past 6 months
