Best way to turn off a project?

We have a side project that we do not wish to use right now, but we plan on coming back to it. What is the best way to minimize my monthly bill? I could delete the project entirely, but it's a ton of setup work to get it up and running again. I thought taking down the deployment would do the trick, but it doesn't. Thank you.

When I want to disable a project I just go to the deployments and remove the running deployment

I tried that, you are still billed for deployments when they are removed. It's not a ton of money, like $6/month.

i think they only bill you for storage in GB's you might use i cache everything online and i dont get billed if its removed

yea I don't get billed either it could also be a phantom deployment if you're sure you're not using volumes or dbs on that project

you should definitely not be getting billed for a service with no active deployments, if you are still getting billed maybe it's for a plugin in the project, since you can't just remove the deployment from the plugin
