If you are concerned about the vertical lines it looks like belt noise to me. Have you checked the belts for correct path and not too tight?

You have a similar issue as me at the moment. Your lower belt is not mooving freely. thats why the second peak is missing or offset way up in the frequency I have a similar belt tension graph at the moment but was not able to find the issue with the lower belt, however i lowered the belt tension completely and slowly worked my way up to the minimum tension neccesary to reach my ACC goal of 4k without belt slap. Now the artefacts are gone.
