Adding a second fan 4028

I've connected the second fan 4028 as the RatOS dictates, however, it does not want to power up. The + wire is alone, on the + JST connector The - wire is on the Heater PB10 the PWM wire is connected to PD14: My code is in the attachment

Fixed, issue was bent wires on one part that broke the connection (was inconsistent)
