You download distant horizons, put it in your mods folder, and that's the only thing you can do at the moment.
Then the multiplayer section is just a placeholder?
everything except last option should work
it doesn't work for me though🤔
In multiplayer it should only load the chunks that you have already seen so try walking around a bit. You are also on an experimental version so if that does not work it is likely a bug.
