Export Postgres DB problem

Currently I have a Postgres DB deployment on Railway, I was announced that my deployment was paused because of new changes in plans. I was trying to add my card to upgrade to hobby but it was declined for some reason idk, now I guess I need export my database but apparently I have to pay to access to be able to export my data? 🙂
