What does that video say about what plugin to use
I would use UltraCustomizer and then change the minecraft inventory textures in a tex pack and apply it to the server along with the UltraaCustomizer menus.
"does not work" is not a great way to get people to help you. People don't like having to pull more information out of people.
I don't want to refer to the video, I want real explanations

why should we (volunteers) spend time going through everything for u, when u could have just followed a good guide
He just wants a typed out guide, not somebody to do it for him lol
