Pausing after Prime line
Tool head stops just after prime line and sits for a good few seconds. And the thing is it varys.
I've attached a video of the start of a print. Sometimes it only lasts 2 seconds but I don't see why it's not a instant traverse to part start.

That's because your slicer is misconfigured. Please read the RatOS slicer documentation.
(it's outputting heater commands after START_PRINT).

The issue was I didnt have the check box ticked.
Said id post it incase anyone else is searching this.
