Why are my not running / deployed services are still consuming CPU & RAM?

and you haven't made any deployments to that service since you opened this help thread?

Flagging this thread. A team member will be with you shortly.

Latest thing I did was to "redeploy" to be able to "remove" in case it was the issue, I did that the 13th around 4pm, maybe it was some minutes after opening this thread. Today I can see that my credit is being consumed again but apart from the DB nothing is running.

sounds like you have a phantom deployment, team will look into it next week!

Oh oh is that a real thing? Like a ghost in the machine 😉... Thanks for having a look, please inform them that this goes for the back end service but also for the front end one (that I didn't show in the screenshots). Both cron services are fine, and this only occurs on the staging env. Also, to prevent this for happening in the future, did I trigger this in some way? Are they stuffs we shouldn't do, like idk, push into github while there's still a deployment going on, et?

they will see everything you've just said, I haven't been told what causes this, but it shouldn't happen at all, so not your fault regardless
