Unable to upgrade to hobby plan due to card declined
i tried to upgrade to hobby plan but keeps showing card declined when i input card details, i am using a visa card

this would be something you need to email railway for - billing at railway dot app

Yep- for some reason it tripped up Stripe for no good reason.
got this response now "We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again."
Thats your bank then, did you get prompted for 3DS secure?

no the process only popped up a Stripe modal the i got that error message

apparently i am screwed.. just confirmed from my bank that i will have to a branch and set up a dollar account
just wish railway will accept a virtual card transact
so i could use a trusted platform to create once and make payment
