Billing Issues
Hello,
I had some payment issues with a canceled credit card. I was able to pay my bill but my subscription is not reactivating and I can't just go through the https://railway.app/account/upgrade page because I get the error message: Subscription already exists. I prepaid 10$ to my account but it did nothing. the account balance stays red and at 0, it seems to be no way of knowing what is happening, can you please help me? my account email is: [email protected]. I have the receipt for my payment. If I have an outstanding balance it does not show, and I did pay the only invoice I had on my account.

buggy billing website is not a community issue?

there’s nothing we can do about it
The best way to get it fixed is to email the team, which you can do through that email
