Are you measuring the bed, the nag sheet, or the spring steel on top of the mag sheet?
That frony left corner looks a bit suspicious - like there is something under the spring steel causing it to lift a bit
looks like the whole left Y rail (Xmin) needs to come UP a bit.. Ymax more than Ymin
But yes...add sherbs comment as well
The reason I mention that corner is that lowering that corner will cause ztilt to raise that side of the bed... Should yield a much better mesh

Measuring the spring steel on top of the mag plate, but somehow I can't get rid of the bump on the bottom left corner
It may be an inconsistency in the mag sheet itself, or something under the sheet when it was applied... You can try running a mesh just on the mag sheet without the spring steel... See what that looks like?
If you have some calipers or a mic, you could try taking some measurements... Most likely your bed is in good shape so look for thickness variation in the mag sheet or spring steel
