My account got blocked and apparently I have to subscribe to the team plan
My railway account just got blocked for some reason. I am a paying customer, so I don't see what I'm doing wrong. How can I fix it? I really don't need the team plan since I don't spend much for my side projects either way. (less than 10 bucks per month?)

use your railway email, from there they can find your github
and if they can't find it, they'll ask for your username anyway
Thing is, I use that as a read-only email. I just redirect stuff there, I don't use it to send anything
Makes is easier for me to sort out what I'm using my mails for without having to switch domains
i would recommend to send from your railway email, then you won't need to prove the identity of the account.
you can probably send from another email, railway team will probably figure it out

I filled out the form, but I still don't get why I'd need to provide more information if I have side projects that bring no revenue and that are used only for testing...
