Back and forth solving the Mastercard ZIP issue for the last 2 months
Hello, I've been a verified user for a time now. For my use case, it exceeds the $5 free credit and the execution hour so I wanted to upgrade to the developer plan. But I am having issues with the stripe form while verification. I have paid with stripe on various occasions. I have a 4 digit zip code in my country, and everytime it worked with that. But in railway, it is asking me for a 5 digit zip. I have tried padding 0 in front and bottom, sometimes railway places a hold of 1$ on my card, but refunds in some time. The card isn't also added to my account.
I have been back and forth with the team. I really appreciate of their effort. They also went as far as to freeze my execution hours to 500 hours so that I can do my work with the free credit until the issue gets solved. But my usage will exceed this 5$ and I'll need a way to pay for the usage. I have read the plans going on effect from august, I have full support. I haven't enjoyed working with any other services as much as I did with railway. With the free credit going obsolete, I am extremely in need of solving this issue. Hope this gets resolved soon.

Still no replies. This is getting depressing. For testing purpose added my card to Render and Fly both. They also use stripe I guess. Worked fine there.
I'd hate to leave railway but I don't have a way to continue without getting my card added.

Almost a month. Still nothing and I am out of credits and unable to access my projects 🙂
I was looking for alternatives but no one seemed as perfect fit for me as railway, I signed up for fly and render, I was able to add my card to both and one used stripe directly. Idk what to do.

Hmm, so the zip field directly comes from Stripe and it seems to only accept 5 character zip codes.
And because you've attempted to add 0 to the front or back, it has blocked your card due to incorrect zip code attempts.
Could you try upgrading to the hobby plan now?
