How do I get to the plug ins page for a project? I created a project from an existing code repo, but I can't set up the postgres env

but the docs on Railway don't show how to add a DB
the docs assume you know how to press a button lol

press the X button, then you press the "+ New" button

AWS documentation may be the other extreme
but GIFs alone that super tiny and text is too small is also bad
