Do you mean between your app and db? There is no internal networking right now between services so all traffic from them would go out to the internet and back in so i'd guess probably?
Yeah, GCP's bandwith traffic is lower when doing this type of traffic, so maybe it shouldn't be billed? whatever, when internal network comes it'll solve this
