Filament jam after/during filament change

Hi! My ratrig functioned just fine 130 h but then I got problems with Rapido UHF. Now I have new Rapido UHF and it worked fine for few prints. But now when I used filament unload macro Rapido clogged. If I measured the depth of clog correctly it is at heatsink's thinner part. Any ideas what could be cause of this? I am getting super tired of constantly disasembling EVA and troubleshooting problems with Rapido... I have like zero problems with my other printer´s Volcano-hotend...

I don´t use the unload macro. I always do a cold pull at 90-100°C. That reduces also the left filament in the hotend. I know that this will not fix your issue with the Rapido, but may be you just try that to prevent running into any clogging issue again.

Have the same problem, a little "blob" forming at the top that gets ripped lose when traveling thru the extruder, ending up as a jam.

At th4 end of any print....do a retraction of about 5-15mm. This moves the end of the filament up out of the hot nozzle. Later when you do an unload you usually (depending on your hot retraction) don't even have to heat the hotend as the filament is already loose and usually leaves a nice tapered point on the unloaded filament. ymmv, but it works for me.
