Underextrusion even with high extrusion multiplier
Printer is a V-core 3.1 400m. Orbiter 2 with phaetus rapido UHF 0.6mm nozzle. Filament is hatchbox PLA, Speed is mostly 150mm/s. I have checked the equivalent to e steps, so the printer is pushing 100mm of filament if told to extrude 100mm. I am still getting underextrusion at a EM of 1.2 and seems to vary between prusa and super slicer with identical settings as far as i can tell. Below are photos of different test prints with settings, I'll put them in replies so that they are better organized. Nozzle diameter is set as 0.6mm in slicer and printer.cfg, extrusion width is set so that both slicers will calculate it on their own base on nozzle diameter

These are cubes printer in superslicer with either 1x or 1.2x EM and 205 or 215 deg. The 1.2x look better than the 1x and the 215 look better than the 205 in person, but still have visible under extrustion.
Close up of the 1x and 1.2x 215c
These two were printed in prusa slicer at 215c and 1.2x EM. Mostly look decent but have bands of severe under extrusion at same height. These were printed back to back
Comparison of super slicer cubes on left and prusa slicer on the right
Flow rate test in super slicer with 1x EM being the base line at 215c
Benchy in super splicer at 215c, left is 1x and right is 1.2x EM
I think you need to increase temp... Even with the uhf, a 0.6 nozzle is going to need more heat to melt plastic at 150mm/s...
Try a cube at 230C and see what you get. Or, keep 215C and limit to 80mm/s...
Temps helped. But turns out the main things were that I had not changed extrusion to relative in printer.cfg as it is set in prusa and super slicer. Also had selected orbiter and not orbiter-1004. Now not having any underextrusion at 240, EM of 1.0 at 15-20mm^3 so far. Just posting this in case someone else has similar issues

Do you have the correct config?
There is a orbiter 2.0 Config. But you need to use it in printer.cfg. Had the same issue. Was using orbiter 1 settings
no issues now. Oribiter-1004 and orbiter 2 are identical other than metadata as they both load orbiter.cfg then the 1004ahg stepper. I just orbiter-1004 as it was already in printer.cfg
