Server wasn't able to start property
It worked fine when I had the free plan, 2 days ago I ran out of free hours and I bought the dev plan, now the server is not starting

I think i've solved the problem*
Yep, I've forgot to start the Postgres plugin :))
you aren't using variable references for your database, so when you ran out of credits on the free plan your database automatically had the credentials regenerated.
without using variable refernces, you couldnt automatically get the new credentials.
and yeah starting the database helps, but please please use variable references
