Maybe some can help me the small gapes in the top layer next to the holes and at the edge
I did the flow test with the blocks

If the middle is good, but the ends are not, you need to adjust pressure advance
What fill pattern are you using? Monotonic? Or monotonic filled?

Rectanc infill
Not infill pattern, top infill pattern? There are filled an non-filled options for rectangular & monotonic
Typically you want to use the filled variety for top/bottom infill

Try monotonic filled then, see if it helps
