Add camera path and dolly recording option.
Tilt brush has this as a camera recording option for a more cinematic recording effect. The current shakier hand held camera recording option in Open Brush is limited. Perhaps the feature is already there but I am missing it? #camerarecording

This feature is available in the desktop version, but we’d love to find a way to bring it to mobile too!
Ok cool! Thank you! Can you bring in a sketch to the desktop version that was first created in the mobile version and then record with camera path or is it only for sketches originally created in desktop version?
Yep. That should work fine.
Might be a bit heavy to actually record with in game? Still would be nice to be able to set them up, if that's impractical. Would be really useful to me if people could even lay them out and export those with their sketches
Might also be useful if you want to catch something while working and render later when hooked up
There's a lot of magic we can do on-headset to make it less heavy, once we can actually get recording working on device 🙂
I'd be happy with being able to set up a path on it, for now. Figuring out an intended path from a screen recording isn't easy. Even saving usd with the handheld might be useful
I wonder if we should unlock all PC only features on mobile in experimental mode (the ones that work that is)
@mikesky ?
I think that is the case for camera paths already!
experimental mode uses PC panels, I thought
ah! that makes sense
so - what's missing exactly @ancientworlds ?
Not sure what you have on there. I'd have to charge up my quest and run it standalone to see.
Should be a panel button to launch it, and the interface normally has a paths button (upper left), a play button in the view window, a record button (upper right) and a row of tools: place path point, place camera, place speedpoint, and place speed control there's an X with a delete button Not sure if its currently an issue. Just going by the title of the report. Almost always use the rift

I don't see anything in the docs. Looks pretty similar to this
