Looks like you borked your config. It's possible it's sd card corruption, judging by the update manager status. Do you shut your pi down properly before removing power? post your printer.cfg and i'll take a look

My pi has crashed a few times. And i have no idea why. But now its dead

That's probably why you're left with a broken setup. What do you mean by "crashed" exactly?

I lost connection to the pi from the browser and putty

That could just be shaky wifi Can you still access your printer.cfg?

Yes that is still up

Download that as a backup. You have two options: 1) buy a new SD card (i recommend sandisk extreme pro or samsung) install RatOS 2.0, and put in the values from your old printer.cfg. 2) Send me that printer.cfg and i'll see if anything is out of the ordinary, and maybe we can get it back up and running, but i don't know for how long.

yeah this looks fine, i'm pretty sure your filesystem is corrupted (see all those "INVALID" modules?)

is it possible to install it on a ssd?

Sure, if you have an interface for the pi I have only seen silly USB2 m.2 interfaces, but i guess speed isn't what you're looking for anyway.

I've had similar weird / sd card like issues by using RatOS 64 instead of the 32 on a Pi 3. It took a few prints before going weird

Hmm. I fail to see the connection there. I'm running 64 myself, haven't caught any issues even with 24/7 operation.

That was on a pi 3A+, 512mb only.

Ah yes, don't run 64 on that 😄

Silly I know... I took the 64 by mistake.
